This morning was soooooooooo beautiful...........a perfect day for pictures. We went on the famous 17 Mile Drive through Del Monte Forest and along the coast past Poppy Hills, Cypress Point, Monterrey Bay Peninsula, Spy Glass, Spanish Bay, and Pebble Beach Golf Courses. When we were almost finished, we had a mad desire to eat at Roy's, so we drove it all over again to get there! Wildlife was all over the place, deer, seals, beach birds, and tons of surfers...the waves were HIGH!
There are some DROP DEAD GORGEOUS vista spots along the bay drive and of course the Lone Cypress, the symbol of Pebble Beach. Roy's never disappoints....photos for foodies.
Pebble Beach is beautiful. I have some shots of The Lodge, the putting green, Larry and the Memorial Wall, and even the flowered shopping arborway.
We walked Carmel again this afternoon. Such interesting little houses........Hansel and Gretel types. Carmel is unique because it doesn't use any house numbers. Places are just identified by the nearby intersection.
